Upon my arrival, to my surprise and delight, the staff went above and beyond to help me locate a precious bracelet I thought I had lost-a true testament to their exceptional service and attention to detail.The comfort and warmth of the accommodation were unparalleled, especially during the chilly winter nights. The cozy sitting area, complete with a dining table, allowed my family and me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the breathtaking Tatra Mountains. The complimentary Wi-Fi in our room was a lifesaver for keeping in touch with loved ones and sharing our adventures with the world-a thoughtful touch that truly enhanced our experience. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with modern cookware and kitchen utensils, made preparing meals a breeze. The presence of an electric kettle was a small yet significant detail that added convenience to our stay. The shared kitchen facility was impeccably clean and provided us with the freedom to whip up quick snacks or enjoy a leisurely breakfast at our own pace.As if that wasn't enough, the flat-screen TV in our room provided entertainment for the whole family, especially during the evenings when we wanted to unwind and enjoy some downtime together. The breathtaking views of the surrounding area, including Alpejska just a short distance away, added to the overall charm of this hidden gem. I cannot recommend this establishment enough for families looking to experience the beauty of Zakopane in a cozy and welcoming setting.
